The Leadership School of the Freedom Institute

The Freedom Institute’s Leadership School is a program aimed at future leaders. We invite young people from all over the country who share a commitment to serving their community.

We work with people who want to strengthen Polish democracy, engage in Polish and European politics, innovate, and develop social networks. We aim to foster in them those values that are important to us: civic engagement, patriotism, responsibility, honesty, and the respectful exchange of diverse views.

We help to educate elites who will go on to shape the future of Poland, Europe and the world. Over the course of several months, participants attend classes while also meeting leaders in politics, business, and the fields of security and diplomacy.

After completing the program and receiving a diploma, students become members of the Leadership School Alumni Association, which, through networking, regular meetings, joint projects and workshops, enables further development.
