The Leadership School of the Freedom Institute is a series of seminars and workshops for young leaders of Polish society.
The School’s goal is to shape the future elites of the country, preparing young people to be active in business, society and politics. The School’s lecturers are leading politicians, the best experts, managers and leaders of outstanding companies.
In the 1st edition of SPIW (Leadership School of the Freedom Institute) in 2015, 120 people from Warsaw took part, in the 2nd edition in 2016, 150 young leaders from all of Poland participated.
In the 3rd and 4th editions we’ve changed the format a little bit to focus more on developing the skills and reduced the number of participants to create a more elitist formula. By doing that we are now sure that our participants are determined and focused on development for the good of Poland.
Among the lecturers of SPIW were experts such as Charles Crawford (former British Ambassador to Poland), Mateusz Morawiecki (vice-premier, minister of development), Andrew Michta (U.S. Naval War College), , Zbigniew Jagiełło (Chairman of PKO Bank Poland), Wojciech Szczurek (Mayor of Gdynia).
The Graduate’s Club, created by those who finished the Leadership School, is a platform for exchanging views, forming new ideas and mutual support. It’s intended for people distinguishing themselves through activity and engagement in public life at the beginning of their career path. A plethora of networking events and regular workshops give us confidence that The Leadership School Graduate’s Club in not just yet another alumni club but a platform that works.
